Job title: Sr. Workday Integration Developer

Job location: Cedar Park, TX and unanticipated client sites across the US.

Number of positions: 5 openings.

Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.

Job Description: Develop new and modify existing integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies including core connector, cloud connector, EIB Studio, and Web Services. Configure and manage various business processes including Core HCM, time tracking, Payroll, Benefits and absence Management ensuring alignment with organizational requirements. Implement workday security policies by creating and managing security groups, role-based access and user permissions. Conduct security impact analyses and maintain SOX compliance. Lead the configuration and execution of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations and HR related applications, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues. Partner with business clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Document changes, maintain technical guide and create user training materials. Partner with HRBT colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations including regression testing during bi-annual Workday releases. Implement data loading using EIB templates and maintain data accuracy across systems. Analyze new features and coordinate stakeholders to adapt and implement updates effectively.
